Nick, Alexandra and Olivia ran Saturday and did an awesome job. Everyone beat their best times, and I am looking forward to seeing what ou can do the rest of the season. See you Monday at the park at 6:30.

No practice Tuesday the 17th!
I know you are disappointed, but no practice Tuesday. I need to attend freshmen orientation at HHS.
Saturday’s Practice
Make sure you bring plenty of water (one bottle is enough, we will refill at my house) and wear your old shoes and sunscreen - bug spray might not be a bad idea either.
First Meeting
Yesterday we had our first meeting. We decided not to have practice today because no had their physicals. Everyone agreed to get them by Wednesday evening, so we can have practice Wednesday at 6pm at the park.
The new runners need to watch the drug testing DVD, so we are meeting at the school at 9am Wednesday morning, and they can get their physicals then too.
I was very excited to have three runners back from last year and three brand new ones.I hope to add a few more before the first meet, so if you know anyone who wants to run, please let me know.
