General Information:
- Make sure you bring water to practice. A hand towel is also a good idea.
- Please be on time. I plan to run with you, so you may not be able to find us if you are late.
- Please make sure you have transportation to and from meets and practices. Practice won’t always be at the park because if you want to be good, you must run a variety of places.
- Please call if you are running late or can’t be at a practice or meet. If you miss a practice without telling me or miss one the week before a meet, do not expect to run in the next meet.
- Practices will be 1 hour unless otherwise noted.
- You must have 14 practices completed in order to run in a meet. Before you can practice I must have your physical and drug test forms. I must have your release form (notarized) before you can run in a meet.
- If you don’t feel well or get hurt during a practice or meet, please tell me. At the end of the day, you are in charge of how you are feeling. If you are injured, I still expect you to attend meets to support your team.
- I expect everyone to follow school rules and to do their best.
- Parents are always welcome.
